Mounts & Animals

The Ride Modifier is a bonus or penalty applied to the character's Riding skill when mounted on that animal. Faster, better-trained mounts grant a positive modifier; stubborn or awkward ones impose a penalty. Animals not intended for riding have no Ride Modifier.
